September Letter from Al Hartman

By | Letters from Al Hartman

Dear Hartman Team Members,

I hope that earlier this month each of you thoroughly enjoyed your Labor Day weekend surrounded by your loved ones. 2022 has been a challenging year for our company, but as I mentioned at our last meeting together, we have many outstanding achievements to celebrate.

Our leasing team has moved with incredible velocity, with new square footage for the year now topping 530,000 square feet from over 300 new leases. The team ended August with over 40,000 new square feet. Kacie Skeen was our top performer for the month, with a net gain of 1.60% in her portfolio.

I am delighted that we were able to celebrate as a team the accomplishments of winning the Landlord of the Year award. Through your dedication to excellence, we scored a record 71.2 percent in our Net Promoter Score survey from our tenants. This makes us a World Class property management firm. Thank you to each team member that pushed us to reach these accomplishments, you all deserve the credit for this success.

As we make our efforts to push ourselves to finish the year strong in the fourth quarter, let us keep our sights set high. We must continue raising our portfolio occupancy, find ways to improve our business processes, and to provide attractive returns for investors.

Please let me assure you, as your CEO, that we are fully dedicated to supporting you and all your continued development at the company. We appreciate your continued accomplishments and thank you all for your contributions every day!

“Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths.” – Proverbs 3:5-6

Sincerely,

Al Hartman
